Custom Orders

When you place a custom order a requests for details of the records you want will be sent with your invoice asking you to clarify if you will supply the records or whether you want us to source the vinyl. If you want to supply them a delivery address will be on the invoice. If you want us to source the vinyl we will forward you prices.

UK Shipping

Your vinyl record bag will be delivered within 7 working days, after your payment is processed. Your bag will be sent registered delivery at a cost of £7.50 which will added at the time of order payment.

Worldwide Shipping

We also deliver worldwide. International delivery costs and times vary so please contact us for prices.

Returns Policy

We have a 7-day money back return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
